ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

This is a 2-hour private lesson at the pottery wheel, to be booked only after confirming with Audrey first. Your teacher, Audrey, will start with a brief demonstration on using the pottery wheel, and then you’ll try it out on your own, with step-by-step guidance. This is your opportunity to make your own clay creation: a small bowl, cup, or dish… or a wonky vase! This class is geared to people with little or no experience with pottery, so you will be in good company. — Expect class to last roughly 2 hours — The cost is $85 per person — Adults only (16+). We’re sorry, but our pottery studio is not set up for kiddos! — Make 1 to 3 pieces on the pottery wheel — Pick a glaze of your choice — your creations will be finished and ready to pick up or ship to you in 6 weeks — All materials, tools, and clay provided — Aprons are provided, but please dress in clothes you don’t mind getting dirty! — This is a single session workshop, NOT a weekly recurring class We look forward to seeing you!

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule 14 days in advance (or earlier), you will receive a full refund or be rescheduled at no cost. Contact us via email at info@potterymason.com or text (no calls) at 302-313-1553 to cancel or reschedule at least 14 days in advance. Refunds are ONLY provided if we are contacted at least 14 days before the scheduled workshop. If canceled within 14 days, there will be NO refund provided, as cancellation too close to a workshop makes it very hard for us to rebook your spot, resulting in a loss of income for our very small business. We appreciate your understanding!
